Got my accessporg from Ian as well as this tune. Loaded the cobb ots tune and there was a big difference how the car drove. Almost felt slower though. Loaded in the 93 tune from Ian and the butt dyno says more power. Just feels better everywhere in the rpms. 3rd gear pulls so fun. Now looking at that stage 2 kit once i save a bit more ill get that next.
very impressive stage 1 Map. + my intake. my psi peak now is 22!! im so happy with it, you can feel the power at 4k+ rpm. believe me it's worth it!
So glad I bought this tune. I of course first had a Cobb OTS and loved it over the stock Subaru crap, but it was time to step up and the Maperformance OTS was just that! It pulls harder in boost, ESPECIALLY up top! No regrets, money well spent.
Ian was a big help to me, very hands on all of the way.
I was running Cobb's stage 1 stock OTS map before this and overall was happy to see that my acceleration was significantly more smooth and linear - especially from the flat spot 4k to red line, but the power gains left me feeling like "..is that it?" Thank goodness I'm wrong in thinking so because once I reflashed my ECU with this map, the originally planned five minute drive around the block quickly turned into thirty minutes of a no holds barred mini track day. Power delivery is immediate and the pull to red line is incredible. Needless to say, this $75 you are about to spend will not disappoint! :-)

I've ran both MAP and Cobb stage 1 tunes and the difference is night a day. Even though the Cobb tune does open up the power band a little better compared to stock, it lacks raw power in comparison to MAP's tune. MAP's tune will put you back in your seat all the way across to redline, making the car feel fun again. Worth every penny!!
