Great quality mount, fast shipping
This is not good for a daily driver, at least not in my opinion at my age. Perhaps for a teenager who likes noise. It turned my car into a big loudspeaker for engine and transmission noises, both inside and out. I got looks from people just driving through a parking lot. It felt like my nice luxury performance G35 sedan was turned into a junker. It probably lived up to it's claimed features, but I couldn't get past the noise and vibration. It's probably best suited for track cars or someone who wants to eek out every little bit of performance they can get and don't care about noise. I can see why they are on clearance. For under $100 it's not a bad price to try out, compared to other stores. Installation is quick and easy. It takes about as much time to jack up the car securely as it does to remove and replace. I read someone's review on another store website who had some success reducing noise and vibration by installing soundproofing material between the brace and frame. I didn't try it, but decided to just go back to an OEM style mount. I gave it three stars because it seems well built, durable and probably lives up to it's claims. I took off two stars, because it's not a good OEM replacement for everyone.
Great quality piece! Before installing make sure to adjust the height to be slightly shorther than the stock mount. The reason for being slightly shorter is to make up for how much the soft stock mount compresses under the drivetrain's weight. NVH is increased but not unbearable. I have included a picture of how much the stock mount compresses under the pressure of one finger.
