If you don't mind more nvh then these are great, much better when starting in 1st and rowing through the gears, also allows you to hear more gearbox whine which I love

These are of course only one piece of the puzzle here, but I do feel a small positive change. The stops at the ends of the shifters travel feel noticably more solid, and the overall squish in the mounting of the trans is reduced. I'm sure changing the trans mount makes a much larger difference.

I was concerned about noise, and while these do add some gear whine it isn't "loud" just audible. Granted, my car is already loud, so if yours is stock the noise from these will probably be a lot more pronounced.

I didn't get a picture of the parts before they went on, but the stock ones that came off where like a foam rubber that I could bend in half with two fingers (pictured) so you can imagine the improvement.

Swaped these out over my poly ones makes car much louder but worth it
