Torque Solution Pitch Stop Brace for the Subaru WRX / STI 2015+ is a must due to the weak OEM pitch stop bracket. The OEM bracket has been known to crack with either OEM or aftermarket pitch mounts. Repairing the bracket is extremely costly if you are out of warranty and time consuming, as the entire engine must be removed to complete the repair.
Our brace helps alleviate the stress on your OEM bracket by adding a brace to each side, which reinforces and stabilizes it under all driving conditions. The brace also adds support to the clutch master cylinder helping to remove firewall flex. Our kit also consists of a stainless steel braided Teflon clutch line, which will give an improved clutch pedal feel.

Do yourself a favor and get this now. I had to have my bracket welded then this after the repair. Would have saved me a huge headache.
Pretty easy and straightforward install. No instructions but installs the same as the Perrin kit so plenty of YouTube videos. The hardest part was the rivnuts. But it was also my first time using them so there’s that. All in all well worth it for the peace of mind
This is a must have product! I purchased this and the Perrin pitch stop and paired together it makes the car feel more responsive and intuitive. I just installed it and love it.
Now, I did have problems with the clutch line. I was tightening it on and it broke I have a picture. I haven’t had time to talk to maperformance about it yet and what what they’ll do about it. Words of advice, be careful tightening the clutch line.
A welcome addition to an STi where this mounting point is a weak point in the chassis. Easy to install and appears to help reinforce the strut mount area of the firewall. Manufactured very well from thick aluminum.
Install was easy, everything aligned and torque solutions quality was great as always
