Tomei Expreme Ti Cat-Back Exhaust | 2015+ Ford Mustang Ecoboost (TB6090-FR01A)

If you’re like me and have a love for cars that are rwd turbo coupes (JDMesque cars) then you’ll love everything about the Tomei. It looks amazing, is top notch quality, weights a fraction on the oem exhaust, and above all sounds downright amazing! I’ve yet to put any of the silencers on and equipped with the MAPerformance catless downpipe, it is all kinds of loud! The fitment is perfect and is an easy install on a lift. It’s not for everyone and you will definitely get a lot of looks/questions about the single exit setup. I have zero regrets buying this and every ecoboost owner that has my car has loved it! With my HKS bov and MAP charge pipes/Intercooler, my car makes all of the glorious JDM sounds that I love ❤️

This is the best sounding exhaust for the 2.3 L ecoboost. I know a lot of people think that dual exit exhaust is so great But the weight savings with the Tomei is amazing. This exhaust I was able to install with floor jack and stands by myself. May need a second set of hand removing the old one though since that heavy garbage is one piece. Or you can chop it up so it fits easily in the trash. If you like all of the pop pop and turbo 4 cylinder sounds this is for you. Stand out from the crowd and get a Tomei. You may need to go to an exhaust shop for a custom adapter section of exhaust to have true 3” exhaust if you go with aftermarket down pipe, but from the stop exhaust it goes right together.

The weight savings alone should be enough to justify this exhaust for most people. Install was done by a shop that builds some of the fastest road course E36, E46, and porches in Texas and they couldn’t get over how light and seamless the install went. Everything was the perfect length and fit perfectly. The exhaust is incredibly secure and doesn’t hang any lower than the factory piping as far as I can tell. And it sounds incredible without being invasive when you don’t want it to be. For reference; I’m still on the factory downpipe.

No rasp.
Turbo noises but not obnoxiously so.
It looks sleek and clean.
This catback makes the 2.3 EB engine sound great!

I’m no stranger to aftermarket exhaust (18 years in Motorsport) and this is by far one of the best engineered ots pieces I’ve ever experienced.

Yes, this system is Loud. I am using a 3in downpipe and had an adapter fabricated at my local exhaust shop. Everyone loves the sound except for my neighbors.
