2017-2020 Dodge Challenger Cat-Back System by Thermal R&D

For the 2017-2020 Dodge Challenger RT model, the design engineers at Thermal R&D went to work on optimizing the sound to achieve a more aggressive tone that the engine deserves - all without letting in the drone.

The final result: OEM style valves that work with the factory Active Exhaust System, a 3” diameter system, and sound control utilizing our top-of-the-line engineering process. Dual drone canceling chambers and a resonated mid-pipe with balance mixing chambers allow for drone canceling when cruising, but keep the aggressive deep, throaty notes on acceleration.

Finishing it off, we added upgraded polished tips that are slightly bigger than stock and polished with removable polished stainless logo badges.

Thermal R&D Exhaust systems are designed with quality of sound and manufacturing as our number one goal. Built from T304 Stainless Steel, the fit and finish of our products are designed for performance on both the street and the track. Understanding that the exhaust is the starting point for many builds, our high-performance exhaust will allow additional modifications to perform at its peak. We engineer our products with the goal of achieving the best all-around product for a given application.

MAP Limited Lifetime Warranty

1.) All MAPerformance in-house fabricated parts include a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the Original Purchaser. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. If the product fails it would need to be determined by MAPerformance that it is due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

2.) This does not cover normal wear and tear. Improper use, modification, or abuse voids this warranty. MAPerformance will not be held responsible for additional costs due to the failure of a product (cost of sale, towing, labor, etc.). Warranty claims must be submitted to MAPerformance for review.

3.) You must create a support ticket to acquire your return authorization number prior to returning the product.

4.) Warranty claims will not be honored if the product was not purchased through an approved dealer.
