Swift made Sport Springs SPEC-R is made for true track racing enthusiasts that wants to take their vehicle to the next level. Sport Springs SPEC-R is engineered with 2 main characteristics Redesign lowering ride height to maximize the suspension performance allowing the vehicle to fully absorb road condition for maximum traction.
Increase in spring rate to further enhance cornering speed through entry & exit. The increase in spring rate is based on the vehicle factory stock valving settings. Sport Springs SPEC-R is increase to the optimal rate that the stock shocks can handle. Higher performance shocks are not required, but recommended.
SPEC-R springs are wound with the same engineering as our sports springs. With the exception of stiffer rates and slight change in ride height; you can expect the same characteristics as our sports springs.

Great addition to the 370z. Prefect drop and rides great. They do stiffen the ride a bit but it's not bad. ..if anything there's more feedback. Which is a good thing.
Ride feels a little stiffer . Did notice a big improvement on turns ..I installed it on my daily Evo x and I really like it . Dropped 1 inch and gave it that clean drop look. Great product for daily driving and here and then take it to the track..
If you have an MR and wanted that drop that the H&R springs give the GSR, then have no fear! I recently put these Spec Rs on my 2015 MR and the drop is GREAT!!!! 2 fingers gap from the stock 4 finger gap in front and barley 2 fingers of gap in the rear (gap = tire to fender lip for those who were asking what I was referring to). I have had them on the car for over a week and have had two alignments done. The reason for this is 1, the install alignment that is a must and 2, an alignment for spring "settling". FYI, lifetime alignments at the right Firestone for the win! With all that being said, the car is a new animal and handles like a beast on the street!
As for the install itself, I was able to do this by myself in just over 4 hours and I would give it s 2.5 - 3 out of 5 on the level of difficulty. Basic tools, breaker bar, TQ wrench, jack stands and a set of spring compressors is all i used.
As always, the guys here at MAP were a big help in educating me on why these springs would be the best for my setup and budget...(stock MR wheels with 245/40/18 Conti DWS 06s and H&R trak 20mm spacers) there is ZERO rub/scraping and I do not have rolls fenders. I must also note that i'm running the factory camber and toe as well....
Bottom line is this, If you are looking for that show like drop for your MR and do not have a reason or budget to buy full blown coilovers then these Springs are for you! They also look great on the GSR as well but, the MR lends a little more drop with the Bilsteins that the car comes with.
Rears have settled and dropped but fronts still look like a 4*4?! Been 3 days and driven 50 miles? Not even a slight drop? What's going on? Springs are seated properly and in their grooves,
Fast shipping the product quality A1 the car ride so much better on the stock shock and the ride height is just perfect not to low and not to high
