Amazing customer service

I recently bought these plugs for my 17 Wrx. After installing them I was having miss firing issues in cylinder 4. I reinstalled an old plug into cylinder 4 and it ran fine. Turns out the new spark plug in cylinder 4 was faulty. I contacted customer service and they didn’t hesitate to send me not one plug but a whole new set. They even gave me the fastest shipping possible, so I could have it ASAP! Thank you MAP!
