During the design phase of this intake, we paid close attention to details to ensure customers get the most bang for their buck, like using 304ss & including a velocity stack. Your Subaru STI intake kit will feature a full 3" mandrel bent intake pipe for maximum velocity and charge potential. This design combined with our in-house manufacturing processes ensures a seamless transition of intake air flow beginning at the 6" high-flow cone air filter, flowing smoothly through our velocity stack and directly feeding your turbo inlet.

Installed the stage 1+ power package and absolutely loved the results great sound and very noticeable increase in power
I just add this CAI with a maperformance downpipe it made a difference. I thought a CAI just make turbo noise but it helps with the performance aswell.
I updated from the stage 1 map from MAP for my 19 STI, to the Stage 1 plus. This pulls a lot harder in sport # now. Been driving for 2 weeks now with this setup. If you have a stock STI and thinking about a first upgrade. Just do it, drivability is so much better now. Thanks MAPerformance!
