This radiator is built around a high-density Hyper Core that features NFLO technology. NFL technology boosts cooling efficiency in a slim profile, maximizing performance without taking up space. Koyorad engineers developed a brand new internal partition design that improves cooling for the 2011-2016 Honda CR-Z and 2009-2014 Honda Fit. This new design is an increase in thickness over the OEM vehicles. Within the construction of the radiator, there are strategically placed thermal reliefs to allow proper core flex under heat cycling. These reliefs also resist warping under extreme use to ensure performance doesn't fade regardless of conditions.
