Test Vehicle: 2010 Mitsubishi EVO X
Our testing vehicle has a built bottom end with a stock sleeved 2.0L 4B11T. The Turbo has been upgraded to a MAP EF4, while the car itself has been tuned on E85
Stock manifold
- Dyno Room Temperature : 76 degrees
- Intake Air Temperature : 80.6 degrees at start, 84.2 degrees at end.
- Peak Torque Timing : 8 Degrees
- Peak HP Timing : 14 Degrees
- Full Boost Stock Manifold - 4937.5
MAP Investment Cast SS Manifold
- Dyno Room Temperature : 78 degrees
- Intake Air Temperature : 82.4 degrees at start, 84.2 degrees at end.
- Peak Torque Timing : 8 Degrees
- Peak HP Timing : 14 Degrees
- Full Boost MAP Manifold (Without any changes to try and improve spool time) - 5031.25
As you can see from the dyno graphs above, the results speak for themselves, demonstrating impressive gains of up to 30hp and 16 ft lbs of torque to the wheels! Peak gains were made with 2psi less boost! Do yourself a favor and consider this Investment Cast Evo 10 Exhaust Manifold!

No gasket included and only 3/4 bolts
Definitely bang for your buck than the tubular style one but don’t get me wrong the tubular is nice! Very well crafted manifold design. I’d say the difficulty challenge you will face is removing the studs off the old turbo if you are going to run the OEM one. Just have some patience and a six pack of beer to do the job!
The exhaust manifold is well built and looks like it will gain hp/tq and last a long time however their design flaw in both Mitsubishi and MAP...
The 2 rear turbo studs had to be cut and drilled out using longer bolts and nuts not provided and the re-used bottom passenger bolt can only be tightened 1/4 turn with an open end wrench.
overall difficulty 8/10 took 4 days to do

I have not put it on yet, still waiting on my turbo to come in from AGT.
If you haven’t taken the evo x manifold off before you’re in for a trip, those OEM manifold to turbo studs absolutely SUCK, had to pry it off the studs for it to come out. (Watch devin niemela’s video he shows how to do it)
