HKS SSQV4 Blow Off Valve | 2008-2021 Subaru Impreza WRX STI (71008-AF013)

Although I'm enjoying the part I received. I'm going to give an overview of my order. So apparently this item I ordered came with the STI flange and not the WRX model I was meant to get. I let them know of my findings and they were quick in processing the RMA, but me being so impatient decided to order the WRX adapter they carry here separately and I'd just swap out the flanges myself. After I let them know of the situation that I'd rather just keep the BOV and ordered the adapter they immediately honored the adapter and shipped it to me via 2 day and of course arrived on the 2nd day. Although I was not content due to the fact that I was given the wrong part. The 5 stars goes to the way they handled the situation and shipped me out a wrx flange. Would be happy to do business again as I see these guys as even though mistakes happen they honor the customer's concerns. Definitely recommend this company to anyone, customer service will always be top priority in my book and they have it. Loving the bov btw.
