ford explorer sport lowering springs

I bought the H&R sport lowering springs for my 16' explorer. they claim it lowers car 1.5 in the front and 2.4 in the rear depending on which website you find them on.
my before and after measurements are definetly arent as adveretised. They lowered the .75 in the front and 1.0 in the rear. Im extremely dissapointed with the end result.
