Extreme Turbo Systems Ford Mustang Ecoboost Intercooler Upgrade

The ETS Ford Mustang Ecoboost Intercooler is easiest way to improve power by eliminating heatsoak which drastically effect the performance of your vehicle. Factory calibrations start reducing timing once charge air temps reach 100¬? and the higher they get the more the reduction. An upgraded intercoolers will prevent your car from heatsoaking and keep charge air temps within 10-20 degrees above ambient to ensure you have consistent power output on the street, track, and circuit.

We've designed our intercooler with 23 charge rows which gives us more heat transfer plates for optimal cooling, more internal flow and less pressure drop than any other intercooler on the market.

What's in the box?

Really nice quality and pretty simple install

Go big or go home lol. Didn’t want to regret going with a small intercooler so my two chooses were this or the cvfab race. It may seem like the cvfab is better value but in reality they sized the pipes bigger to force you to buy charge pipes. The build quality is also better with the ets. Was able to cut my active shutters to keep the top half ( mixed info on the internet about check engine lights from leaving it unplugged so if you’re worried about that tear the motor out of the shutters to plug in or do it the way I did). Also I modified the plastics to fit that help direct airflow around the radiator and intake. Took me a whole day because I’m meticulous and slow and take a lot of breaks lol but someone well prepared could do it easily under 3 hours. I could repeat it in 2 hours now that I’ve done it. Charge temps respond so differently now it’s incredible. Once you get into the boost the temps drop like a stone. On an 85 degree day I held the throttle to the floor and the temps dropped to 95 and held. Used to see temps well above 150.

Amazing product and team support!

Ets has done an amazing job at fabricating this intercooler. A bit of work to install without a lift. A cel will come on without a tune. Noticing a constant 10-15 degrees above ambient air so I couldn’t be more pleased. HUGE difference over stock. Much more torque through the curve, but responsiveness is lost slightly as expected. Only complaint would be, I asked for the stencil, didn’t get it. (Who cares it’s just a stencil lol) MAP was super fast in delivery and support. I had several questions that their techs answered imediately. I order almost all of my ecoboost parts through them and highly recommend this product and MAP! Thanks guys for the amazing work and support!
