2015+ Subaru WRX/STI Master Cylinder by Clutch Masters
When upgrading your clutch, don't overlook upgrading your clutch master cylinder as well. Typically the OEM master cylinder will work just fine, but sometimes that master cylinder is getting old and tired and possibly might be leaking. Or maybe you want just a little bit of a crisper pedal feel when operating your clutch. Upgrading to the Clutch Masters Clutch Master Cylinder will make sure your clutch hydraulic system is up to snuff and able to handle more aggressive driving. The other notable upgrade this kit will do for you eliminates the clutch delay valve that is built into the factory master cylinder. The delay valve is a one-way regulating valve that slows the fluid returning from the slave cylinder after you let off the clutch. This delay is especially noticeable in quick 1-2 gear shifts where you get back on the gas before the clutch is fully engaged. By getting rid of the delay valve you can shift quickly and the clutch is immediately engaging. On high-powered cars where you want to still enable a little bit of delay or slip of the clutch to prevent the drivetrain from getting a shock, check out our tuneable Flow Control Valve.
This is a complete plug-and-play kit and includes everything you need to install this system. Will work with OEM slave cylinders.

I have always heard that clutch masters makes great quality clutches. But it may not be the same for their clutch master cylinders. I have gone thru 2 master cylinders in the last 2-3months? My factory master cylinder went out at just under 100k miles. I looked into Clutch Masters kit. Installed the 1st one and very next day I noticed a leak coming from the piston rod side. Thankfully MAPerformance support team responded quickly. Clutch Masters took their time inspecting my cylinder. I dont think it should've taken them over 2 weeks to confirm if it was manufacture failure or not. Then took even longer to refund me. I needed to drive my car for work. So I decided to order the same kit. This time it held. But now its been about 2 months and I am once again experiencing master cylinder leakage. I did not want to go back to Factory cylinder as I do like the shift engagement and feel better than factory. But if the factory one lasts me at least another 100k ill take it.
