I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves an honest account\.
I ordered a BC Racing suspension kit for my 2016 Shelby GT350R\. The rear components were incorrect, preventing the installation from being completed\. Wanting to get my car back together quickly, I worked with BC Racing and even purchased a second kit with expedited shipping, only to receive another incorrect rear setup\.
The repeated mistakes cost me valuable time with my installer, created unnecessary delays, and left me paying for expedited shipping on parts that still weren’t correct\. In the end, the rear BC components couldn’t be used, and my installer had to reinstall the factory rear suspension so I could get the car back on the road and to the track\.
The biggest difference in my experience was between the sales team and customer service\. The sales staff genuinely tried to help and were responsive throughout the process\. Unfortunately, customer service was disappointing\. Communication was slow, ownership of the problem was lacking, and resolving the issue took far longer than it should have\.
As of today, I’m still waiting for approval and processing of the refund for my second purchase\. I hope BC Racing completes the refund promptly and stands behind their customer after what has been a frustrating experience\.
Mistakes happen, especially with specialty vehicles\. Sending the wrong parts once is understandable\. Sending the wrong parts twice, after knowing exactly what the problem was, is much harder to overlook\. My hope is that BC Racing improves the communication between sales, customer service, and quality control so future customers don’t have the same experience\.
Arrived with two drivers side rear coils. Customer service has been horrible to work with. I have ended up purchaing another entirely new set just to get the right parts.
