This product is great, and I think it's very well made. Throttle response is greatly improved! One thing not mentioned in the base model product instructions, that apparently IS mentioned in the Type S instructions is that while installing it, you need to have the car in 5th gear. If you don't, you run the risk of getting everything buttoned back up, and finding out the shifter linkage hits the air intake pipe, and will not allow you to shift into 1st, 3rd, or 5th gear!
