The issue on the 1.5t Civic is that its factory clutch cannot handle much more torque than the car makes in stock form, which equates to around 177 pound feet. You can increase the boost level of this engine pretty easily with a couple of performance mods - most notably, tuning the car to increase power output - but once you do that, the factory clutch is going to be holding on for dear life trying to keep up.
