I needed to replace a rim asap because my car was not drivable due to a damaged rim that could not be repaired. I ordered 2 rims myself because it was cheaper and I thought I could get them in the time frame advertised. I spent $700. I was charged $127 to get me rim in 2 days as opposed to standard shipping that was free, which is 3-7 business days. The shipping options was very basic and there was no fine print. I place my order on Tuesday and didn’t get my rims til Saturday. I emailed customer support requesting my refund because the items were not delivered when I was told they would be, and only then was I notified that there is a 24-48hr processing time before items could be shipped out. There was absolutely no mention of this in the process of me ordering, because I would’ve ordered my rims elsewhere. It was a huge inconvenience because I had to extend a rental and reschedule the installation of my rims because they did not come when advertised. This company is dishonest and not transparent & this is no way to run a business especially with this economy where I cannot afford to be without my car to get around for work. $127 is a lot of money for some people and I could’ve have kept that money and went another route to get my rims delivered in the time that they advertised. I will not do businesss with Maperformance in the future and will give my money to a more reputable company.
