Anyone looking to modify a DSM will eventually upgrade their fuel system. This fitting is used to adapt the sending unit to a 6an line. It is also the fitting on the stock hard line. Don't waste your time or money buying a fitting off eBay. The majority of those fittings are the correct 14x1.5mm thread pitch but they do not have the bubble flare! THEY WILL LEAK! Get this fitting and you won't have to worry about leaks. The 6an size is a perfect match for a stock hard line system using an upgraded pump.
