The newer LH vehicles use a knurled sleeve with a slot init, threaded to the outer tie rod and inner tie rod toadjust toe. Often the sleeve is hard to turn because ofcorrosion on the threads. Conventional toe-adjusting toolscan damage the original sleeve.
