The PRL High Volume Intake System for the 2017–2025 Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost is designed to eliminate factory intake restrictions and feed your engine the airflow it demands. Featuring dual 4-inch roto-molded intake runners with integrated bell-mouth filters, this system ensures smooth and consistent airflow all the way to each turbocharger.

The oversized airbox nearly doubles the volume of the OEM unit, sealing to the hood for a direct cold air feed. With precision fitment and OEM-quality mounting, this is a bolt-on system built for real-world performance whether towing, hauling, or driving wide open.

Dyno testing on a 2018 3.5L EcoBoost F-150 showed consistent gains across the RPM range. On average, the PRL intake produced +8 horsepower and +12 lb-ft of torque at 4000 RPM, +8 horsepower and +8 lb-ft at 6000 RPM, and an impressive +22 horsepower and +17 lb-ft of torque at redline compared to stock. Peak improvements of +5.5 horsepower and +3.86 lb-ft were also recorded.
