Fixed position urethane rear control arm bushings reduce flex in the control for a more stable ride and better handling. The stock rubber bushings allow too much alignment change, especially when worn. This upsets the handling and affects tire wear. These urethane bushings last longer and reduce bushing deflection, resulting in more precise handling and steering.
