works like it should. Same oem installed on my 2004 evo 8. Suggestion is to remove oem iac installed on throttle body to see if it just needs cleaning or if you have a spring type just like mine. If you have spring iac just clean it. If you the iac with plastic diaphragm you need to upgrade to this newer iac. It didn’t solve my idle issue. My idle issue was solved by cleaning my maf sensor.

The product works great and the staff made it easy to pick up instead of delivering. The OEM valve is the only one that works for the EVO.
