Why Buy Evo X Aftermarket Wheels?

We’ll admit that we sometimes forget about one of the best-looking parts of the Evo X: The wheels. Our gearheads spend a lot of time in the engine bay, after all. We have our heads in custom tunes and performance graphs, thinking about airflow and fuel efficiency. We geek out over gearboxes, differentials, clutches and brakes, and kind of forget about wheels in the process.

That is, until we start looking at wheel options. Then we can’t stop browsing. We turn into photo-browsing addicts, like Pinterest users who are glued to their phones.

If a car is a work of art, the wheels are one of the most wide-open parts of the canvas. There are so many good Evo X wheels available in all kinds of styles and colors. With the right wheels, you can transform your Mitsubishi into your dream machine.

But don’t get fooled by pretty pictures. We don’t.

There’s a reason the word “performance” is so prominent in the name of our business. Sure, we appreciate the look of a good wheel, but if we’re going to put new wheels on our cars, they better be able to handle the increased power demands our cars have, including handling top speeds, tackling curves, responding to shifts and dealing with hitting the brakes.

You can shop for Evo X rims or Evolution wheels with confidence at Modern Automotive Performance. We don’t waste your time selling you something we wouldn’t install on our own cars. While there are pages and pages of outstanding options here, we’ve limited our selection to wheels from the best manufacturers on the market, such as Enkei, Volk Racing, Neuspeed and BBS wheels. We even offer OEM Mitsubishi wheels, if you are wanting to return to the factory look.

We have a wide variety of wheel sizes and profiles for drivers who want to raise or lower their Evo. They come in a variety of finishes, from bright reflective chrome to dark matte black, and a variety of colors and spoke designs. You’ll also find a variety of accessories, from studs and bearings to lug nuts and wheel spacers.

What are you looking for in a set of wheels? Despite our love of engines and turbochargers, our gearheads also enjoy pulling their heads out from under the hood and talking wheels with drivers. There are plenty of options, after all, and we’ve learned more than a few things about the benefits and drawbacks of different sizes. So, whether you’re looking for a wheel that won’t let you down on the track, or something to turn some heads on a cruise night, we’ll point you in the right direction.

You’ll also love our fast order fulfillment, low prices, great shipping rates and Loyalty Rewards program — all of which will help get you your order faster, so you can get out of the garage and back on the road. We want to be your personal pit crew at Modern Automotive Performance, and our collection of Evo X wheels will help you change your project into your dream car.
