Baffled Oil Catch Can - PCV Side for 2022+ Honda Civic / 2023+ Acura Integra by Mishimoto
Blow-by is an unavoidable side effect of forced induction. When pressurized gases are recirculated through the PCV system, oil particles are carried in that air, which causes your intake system and intake valves to become coated in oil. Over time, this can lead to carbon buildup on valves and reduce octane levels in the combustion chamber by introducing oil to the air/fuel mixture. Direct injection engines, like the L15B7 in your 22+ Honda Civic 1.5T, are prone to harsh carbon buildup on intake valves. The Mishimoto Baffled Oil Catch Can helps prevent these issues by separating that oil mixture from the air returning to your intake system.

The only thing that’s a bit tight to get the catch can out is that, but other than that, it’s out of the way and looks good. The installation is pretty straightforward as well.
One of the easiest oil catch can installs you can do. Everything came in neatly packaged. I recommend emptying it out every 4k miles with your oil change. I also recommend using 5w-20 mobile one engine oil, i have found that there is a lot less build up after switching.
I just added this to my new 26 SI fit good, the catch can removal is a bit tight but everything you need comes in the kit. I run one of these on my truck and it catches all that soot filled oil, nearly fills up around 3K, that soot even sticks to the inside of the catch can, it’s nasty blow by you don’t want building up in your engine. I have everything else far as mods coming but this was priority
