Mishimoto Aluminum Fan Shroud | 2008-2015 Mitsubishi Evo X (MMFS-EVO-10)

The fan sound so differently. Cool!!!

Got this as an upgrade from the stock fans and also purchased the matching radiator and silicone hoses. The quality is top notch and it fit up perfectly to the radiator. Comes packaged nicely. Only complaint is the filler neck doesn’t have a spot to bolt directly on and the wiring isn’t direct plug in you do have to splice the factory ones but easy fix.

I bought this fan shroud along with the mishimoto radiator hoses to go along with a new koyo radiator. The fan shroud came packaged nicely and was in perfect condition when I unboxed it. The shroud itself looks like a nice quality piece that will hold up to some abuse. The only down side is that it isn’t totally plug and play. You have to cut off the stock electrical connectors and solder them onto this fan but that was super easy to do, there were literally only 2 wires for each fan. The other down side was that there are no mounting holes for the filler neck. I was able to line up the filler neck with the hoses attached and drill my own holes which was no big deal. After I got it installed the fans fired right up with the air conditioning on and they are a bit loud outside of the car, but inside you can’t even tell they are on. The fans move a lot of air and is a great upgrade over the crappy plastic unit from the factory. Overall really happy with my purchase and can’t wait to see how it performs in the summer heat.

Fan fits perfectly and everything lines up as it should. They move a lot of air when the speed kicks up and are almost silent at low speed. Two things to note; 1) does not include a diagram but wire the factory connectors using the OEM as an exact guide it works. 2) There is no mount for the plastic filler neck but a perfect blank space where it should mount makes for easy fabrication.
