Well GrimmSpeed has your answer; a premium multi-layer stainless steel gasket w/ stainless steel fire-ring at a great price. They add extra layers to their gaskets to allow for more compression on the fire ring for better sealing against flanges that may not be machined perfectly flat or have warped overtime from thousands of heat cycles.
