This race developed pad has all the qualities of a world beating high performance street pad. Its consistent coefficient of friction (0.50) at any temperature, low or high, gives very predictable braking and great pedal modulation. This new generation of friction material is very low in compressibility ensuring a firm pedal feel while still providing great life for both rotor and pad. This brake pad has moderate dust levels and can make a little noise if not bedded properly but is the brake pad for a driver who demands the ultimate in braking performance.
These pads are NOT the same size as the OEM GT-R pads, they are smaller in height at 59mm vs. 66mm but fit perfectly in the OEM Brembo caliper regardless of the rotor. These are the preferred pad size to be used with our two-piece rotors for the R35 GT-R that are made to be used with a 62mm or smaller pad height. They are also significantly cheaper than the OEM sized pads.
A quantity of 1 is for an axle set (4 pads).
