Ceramic pads are NON-METALLIC (therefore non-magnetic) and contain ZERO steel fiber, which is what causes brake dust and fast rotor wear. EBC Redstuff has always been fully compliant with ecological and environmental demands and includes no toxic ingredients such as lead, nickel, copper, or antimony sulfides, and certainly no asbestos as the NAO prefix indicates.
