This is a complete, bolt-on hardened mount set for the 2002-5 WRX and 04-05 STi (Does not fit 06+ models). Designed to stiffen up your drivetrain, remove flex, and make for firmer, more controlled launches; the Cusco 3-piece mount set is the solution to worn-out motor mounts due to increased power. Really nice mounts and a great value as an eng/trans kit. Firm, very sturdy, easy install. Very happy with the higher durometer bushings, really helps on-track keeping the shift gates where they're supposed to be under high load cornering. More NVH, but totally cool with that.

Transmission mount fits flawlessly 2015+ WRX
Very very heavy duty well built mounts.

Need the EJ motor mount plates OEM PN 41031AA281 + 41031AA290 to make it work.
On the OEM motor mounts there is a little square spacer thing tack welded on the back of the mounts, cut it, break it, whatever it takes get those little squares off you will need those to fit the back side of the EJ mount plates as a spacer. Installation overall is easy just gotta get the orientation of the spacer correct. Do one side at a time to not get confused.

I’m working on getting pictures to include in this review. Overall it’s simple for a mechanically inclined person to get this done. I got the 4 nuts to attach the Cusco mounts to the plates from Lowe’s. 70ft lbs.

Totally worth it

definitely a lot of increased NVH a lot of chatter at low throttle starts, but the level of engagement with the car and drive train is absolutely worth it. Gives it that race car like feel.

Stiff but still suitable for dd

Not sure if I have a high NVH tolerance or if these just aren’t that bad. Between the transmission mount and my Perrin shift bushings, there’s a faint gear wine that actually just sounds more racy. Highly welcomed. Otherwise, these are incredibly solid feeling in terms of quality and feel completely suitable for a car you really want to stiffen up but still drive often / daily.

Also take note that the trans mount is two pieces and comes loose from the factory for a reason: it’s much easier to install by fully separating the mount and installing the base piece to the transmission first. Further fwiw, I was able to install this on my ‘19 without disassembling the trans crossmember pieces, removing the whole thing as one unit.

Solid Mounts

After I had placed my order they only took about a day or so to receive, upon receiving them I pulled them out of the box and was surprised with the quality of these engine mounts. Very solid/sturdy welds. After installation they stopped nearly all engine movement vs my stock wrx mounts (as they should) but doesn't shake the whole interior like I had thought they would. Very pleased with the results and would gladly recommend these to anyone that needs a bit of an upgrade.
