Similar to the other review, MAPerformance was nothing but great. However Comp Turbo themselves are absolutely terrible to deal with. I waited about a month for my turbo to arrive, it came with the wrong housing and I immediately let them know of the mistake. Then it took over a month for them to send me the correct housing, after constant calling of their customer service and getting the run-around. Due to the over 2 month waste of timeIi have missed my chance this season to see if this turbo is even any good. Either way I don't recommend this brand, if you want to complete your build in a timely manner consider another brand of turbo.
I bought a comp turbo from MAPerformance few months back, I have to say MAPerformance has amazing customer service, top notch. Unfortunately for me I had the worst luck with COMP TURBO, delivery took around 3 weeks, then I got a turbo with odd water ports size, comp turbo said they didn't know the exact size since it wasn't the advertised 3/8, it was M16x1.5, anyway that didn't bother me, but then the turbocharged failed right at 395 miles running only 11 psi, MAPerformance helped me get in touch with COMP TURBO, they gave me an RMA# and I sent the turbo back to them, they failed to communicate with me and confirm they had the turbo. After 2 weeks I got an email telling me they were going to look at the turbo next morning, fix it and send it back to me, another week went by and they finally sent the turbo, they didn't even call me to let me know it was shipped, whatever... Finally I received the turbo only to realize they sent the WRONG turbo!!! I mean what else is going to go wrong? Anyway, they told me they were emailing me a label for overnight shipping immediately, apparently they forgot and I didn't get the label. Well, it is easy to see what kind of company they are and what kind of quality products they sell. At this point all I want to do is sell the turbo, I already bought a Garrett turbo and I will never spend another penny on COMP, some of their turbos work, but a lot of them don't.
