These are great seats for the money, especially if you are a larger person (I'm 6'2" 265lbs).
Installation was a bit annoying as Braum does not provide good instructions on their site, and don't provide any in the box (that I saw). Once I figured out that the flat portion of the rails went on the underside of the seat it wasn't so bad, but because of the lack on info it did take about 4 hours with a friends help to get the first seat installed. The second seat was a breeze since I knew what to do and it only took about 20 minutes by myself to get the rails mounted to the seat and the Planted bracket I ordered.
Comfort is good, better than my old OEM seat, fits my 9th gen civic perfectly, although it is about the largest seat I think you can fit in it.
Aside from the annoyance of the lack of good instruction I would still recommend them, the driving experience is that much more fun with them, I no longer feel like I'm going to slide out of my seat when I take a corner hard.
Not sure if these are going to be good for a road trip, but great for city life.
