Hanging on the Civic Type R forums, I've read so many drivers having problems with cheaper front lips, so I was a bit hesitant to purchase this lip as it cost more than those cheap ones. However, this lip looks amazing and is incredibly strong. Less than a week after I installed it, I rolled into a parking space that had a concrete curb at the front of it, and misjudged my nose placement. Bumped the curb pretty good, and the car came to a quick stop. Cringed, got out and took a look at the lip. Geez, that thing had just a smudge of dust on it. I wiped that off and couldn't even feel a scratch or scuff. Incredible. It is solid with the bumper cover, and really feels and looks like it is OEM. Love it.
