Introduction: My name is Bobby Pflugh and I'm a sales consultant here at White Bear Mitsubishi. I'm also a fellow high performance car enthusiast. I currently drive a 2012 Mitsubishi Evo X with a MAP built 2.1L engine and many other performance upgrades, but we will cover that in a different post...

Dealerships, mechanics and the automotive industry in general have gotten a bad rap over the years. Believe it or not some of its shady practices are still around today. Others have gone away with the advent of the internet, as online reviews allow consumers to become more and more educated. Yet, there are still many misconceptions about the automotive industry still looming in the minds of consumers. Working for a "Best Price" the staff here at Whitebear Mitsubishi gets to play with all of our cards facing up. This means I get to dispel a lot of the falsehoods, and call out shady practices of dealerships. Through a series of guest blog posts I'd like to clarify some ideas that are misunderstood or unknown about buying, selling and fixing cars from the dealer's perspective. I also aim to educate you, as buyers, about things to look for when buying a car and how to get the best deal possible. If you have questions you've always been curious about asking a dealer/sales person, or ideas for topics you'd like to read about, please feel free to comment here or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org!
