Awesome product

It was kinda a pain to install. The coolant line in front of it was a headache. But once I heard it. It was so worth it.

Not for beginners

I am currently doing an apprenticeship as an auto tech. I am level 1 certified, I bought this BOV with hopes of making my car sound good. I will have to say, this install had my mind all turned around. Installed on a type r, I had to remove a coolant hose to even access the area where it was supposed to go. After a week of trying I finally got it in, torqued down, and had the wastegate where I had it to be. Had a few codes thrown at me in the beginning which I figured out was a boost leak, fault of my own, but fixed it easily. If you to get this you might need extra tubing, the stuff that was sent to me was very small, and some really low profile hex keys. Like. REALLY low profile. The Type r however sounds amazing. Has her own little stustustu now.

NOT FOR THE SI OR 1.5lt WITHOUT CHANGING THE SPRING!!

You will need to order a 10lb spring separately for it to work on the Si/1.5lt "TS-0203-3001"<<<< 10lb spring from turbo smart. You can get one from summit racing since MAP doesnt carry this spring. It's fairly easy to change out if you are worried that you cant do it. Just make sure to install it correctly. Other than that, its pretty nice, you wint regret it.
