Product Features

  • This kit utilizes billet aluminum flanges, shadow series fittings and black pushlock hose for a clean sleeper look!

  • Includes 12" of hose and all necessary hardware! Now includes OEM oil drain to pan gasket as well as the washers to prevent leakage from the threads of the fasteners! (Not pictured)

Installation Instructions:

 

  1. Thoroughly clean both 10AN Oil Return Flanges to remove any aluminum shavings that may be present from the machining process.

  2. Remove any old gasket material remaining on the mating surface of the turbocharger and/or oil pan to prevent oil leaks.

  3. Install the appropriate 10AN Oil Return Line Flange onto the turbocharger. (Please note that Mitsubishi turbochargers use the same Oil Return Flange for the turbocharger as well as the oil pan, be sure to use the locking washers and dark gray gasket for this part of the installation!)

  4. Install the remaining 10AN Oil Return Line Flange onto the oil pan using the supplied OEM gasket and non-locking washers.

  5. Assemble the straight hose end onto one end of the hose and attach it to the Oil Return Flange from the turbocharger.

  6. Attach the 45 degree hose end to the Oil Return Line Flange on the oil pan and position it so that you can mark the hose and cut it to length. (If your kit uses braided SS hose please remember the hose has to go into the hose end about ¾ of an inch so don’t cut it too short!)

  7. Remove the hose from the turbocharger, cut it to length, and attach the 45 degree fitting to the other end.

  8. Attach both ends of the hose to their appropriate Oil Return Line Flanges and you’re all set! Be sure to check for oil leaks on the initial start-up!
