Our new Hallman EVOLUTION RX kit contains the same features of our Hallman Pro RX Valve w/ ceramic ball, light and heavy springs included. This valve is integrated into a self contained cockpit controller cable system. The cable is 72 inches in length. The kit also contains a mounting bracket, 3 feet of vacuum line, hardware kit and specific installation instructions. Kits are available in Black, Red, Blue or Purple. This kit has a ceramic ball instead of the 316 stainless ball that comes in our other valves. The ceramic ball only weighs a fraction of what the stainless steel balls weighs. This weight difference allows the ceramic ball to act very quickly as it is constantly changing directions during operation. The ceramic ball in conjunction with the use of a lighter spring will allow very fine adjustment of boost up to 4 to 5 pounds of boost over stock. Boost has been able to be adjusted in half pound increments very consistently with this valve. The self contained cable system will allow the user to control and adjust boost from inside the car. This new system makes it very easy to set initial desired boost level as there is no need to stop the car, open the hood, make an adjustment, and then drive the car and see what boost is. Then repeat the process if boost is not at desired level. Evo 8 & IX Owners: Hallman makes a complete, vehicle-specific Evolution kit for the Evo. This kit includes a specific-length cable, proper vacuum lines, and mounting hardware for simple installation into your Evo. Requires drilling into the firewall. PLEASE NOTE: For the Evo 8 & IX kit, make sure you select the option below. The Evo kit is exactly the same, it just has a shorter cable.
