Ethanol / E85 Fuel Conversion (DSM)

Ethanol based fuels are not just cheap, they are also 105+ octane making them a great choice for forced induction applications! In order to utilize these fuels, however, you will need to beef up your fuel system and compensate for differences in regards to air/fuel ratio. This kit includes everything you need to run ethanol based fuels in your DSM!

This system comes standard with the following:

Apexi Air/Fuel Controller (AFC Neo)
Walbro 255lph HP fuel pump with install kit
950cc FIC fuel injectors
Fuelab AFPR with installation kit and gauge

Optional items:

Upgrade to DSMlink Engine Management System
Fuel feed line kit (tank to filter)
Fuel feed line kit (filter to rail)

Please note: While replacing factory fuel lines is recommended, it is not necessarily required as we have had customers with stock fuel lines/tanks running E85 for years without issue! All lines are stainless steel braided and -6an unless otherwise noted. Push-Lok style lines and larger sizes are available, please contact us for more information.
