There’s a reason racing movies have so many Mitsubishi Evo models: They are fantastic cars that offer outstanding get-up-and-go with the ability to add a variety of customizations for higher performance. Drivers love them for their handling and engine power.
Evo X owners who are ready for tough pure street competitions or moderate track use will discover a tremendous amount of value in the Competition Clutch Stage 2 Street Series 2100 Kit. Using a Brass Plus material and an alloy backing matched to a performance pressure plate, it offers an 80 percent boost in torque capacity, while providing smooth engagement and extended life.
Each kit includes the pressure plate, a high-torque sprung disc with anti-burst steel-backed Brass Plus facings, all the bearings needed and an alignment tool. Once you get past a required 300-mile break-in and a recommended 500-mile break-in, your 2008-2015 Mitsubishi Evo X will be ready for how you want to race, from the street to the track.

First I was skeptical about purchasing this clutch cause I was a ACT fan. I was in a bit of a pickle and needed something quick. Got this clutch because of the positive reviews. If you dd you Evo, I highly recommend this l clutch. About first 15 miles does feel abit stiff, after break in feels like stock. If you want my setup. I’m running OEM flywheel, OEM throw out bearing, monoloc collar, and this clutch kit.
I stepped down from CC Stage 3 after that started slipping to CC Stage 2. Right away I noticed that the clutch pedal was a lot stiffer almost hard to drive and hard on my calf muscle but after 15 miles it started to get better. This one versus the CC Stage 3 I noticed little to no chatter which is great.

Very happy with my purchase and install process. Installer had no issue. Upgraded the flywheel and the master cylinder at the same time. Works flawlessly. Had to say goodbye to my 73k mile stick clutch. Make sure you upgrade these other components as the master cylinder that came off was of a cheap plastic and looked like you would break it if it dropped.
