Crawford BRZ / FR-S Billet Power Blocks for FA20 engine | Proven to add horsepower and torque!

Sep 18, 2019Erik Blume

CNC machined from Billet 6061 aluminum, Crawford BRZ / FR-S Billet Power Blocks sit between the cylinder heads and intake manifold to create longer intake runners!

Crawford Performance Parts have developed billet intake blocks which increase the runner length by one inch, effectively increasing power! How? The lengthened intake runners enhance the volumetric efficiency of the engine, lowering the RPM where they resonate. Crawford BRZ / FR-S Billet Power Blocks also work with any aftermarket tune, and are a great compliment to all aftermarket FA20 exhaust and intake components. Original road testing was done in conjunction with Crawford's stage 1 re-flash, followed by extensive dyno testing with and without a tune. Crawford BRZ / FR-S billet power block kits consist of 23 pieces, making it a complete bolt on system which can be installed in under 30 minutes. In the kit you will find:
  • 2 BPB
  • 4 Delrin O-rings
  • 11 mounting bolts
  • 1 nut
  • 4 fuel rail shield risers
  • 1 support bracket for the direct injection control unit
Crawford BRZ / FR-S Billet Power Blocks The Crawford Performance Power Blocks intake manifold spacers made a big difference on the dyno. The test car put out 152hp @ 6500 rpm, and 126.2 lb/ft @ 6200 rpm. The peak power gain was 11.5 hp @ 6200 rpm and peak torque gains were pretty much 8 lb/ft. The FA20 also gained about 2 lb/ft and 4 hp below 3200 rpm. The Crawford BRZ / FR-S power blocks have been considered one of the best N/A motor mods you can make!
