This Ford Fiesta ST downpipe upgrade, like all of our exhaust products, is constructed out of high quality USA-Made Stainless Steel 304 stainless steel that we mandrel bend in house. After it is formed it is tig welded meticulously by our highly skilled fabrication team. Each one is hand built on our proprietary jigs to guarantee 100% fitment over and over again. This downpipe shows significant gains when paired with a turbo upgrade (Cyborg, ATP, or Puma)!

The catalytic converter was definitely needing to be replaced, so we ditched the old one, and the car is louder (no complaints at this house) and sounds much better.

Great Product That DOES Pair Well w/ a Garrett GEN2 GTX2860

My MAPerformance catless down pipe was professionally installed with a Garrett gen2 gtx2860 aftermarket turbo and my mechanic said it was a solid fitment and that they were perfectly compatible products, so I'm not sure why Nate had issues.

His statment about the gasket might be a key clue as to his complications, seeing as there is no gasket intended between the turbo housing and the downpipe.

The downpipe has a lip that fits into the turbo housing so perfectly, that my mechanic actually had to machine sand a few small imperfections in the metal to make it fit. Nothing somebody at home couldn't do with some ultrafine sandpaper. But THAT'S how tight it is. All of my connections from the exhaust manifold back where smoke tested for leaks and found to be 100% leak free.

All in all, it's a great product. Looks good, welds look good, sounds good. My one and only complaint is that they didn't mention that they provide the restrictor/defouler for the o2 sensor ahead of time. That would have saved me a purchase I had already made, but it DOES make this an even better deal for the price.
