        Very lightweight for the strength that this piece has

        This rear strut tower brace came well packaged from Cusco. It is incredibly light-weight for its size. I roughly weighted it and it weighs about the same as some kitchen flat pans. MAP's shipping was absurdly fast. The package arrived before I even got home.

        Installation took 2 hours, which involved removing the entire back seat and everything in the trunk. It very slightly neutralized the Evo X's rear-induced understeer for street driving, and gave an illusion as if the front end somehow weighed more during hard cornering, in a way that it improved the rear end behaviour's predictability. Its greatest benefit is that it noticeably defeated the rear end's tendency to slide post-apex without warning and thus improved safety and handling. Cusco's OEM-grade craftsmanship is well known, but I'm the most surprised about how light (and yet strong) this piece is, which makes me happy like a child in Christmas.

        Better handling

        Happy that i did order the cusco front and rear strut bar taking a corner now on an evo is way better with the apr wing

        MAP Limited Lifetime Warranty

        1.) All MAPerformance in-house fabricated parts include a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the Original Purchaser. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. If the product fails it would need to be determined by MAPerformance that it is due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

        2.) This does not cover normal wear and tear. Improper use, modification, or abuse voids this warranty. MAPerformance will not be held responsible for additional costs due to the failure of a product (cost of sale, towing, labor, etc.). Warranty claims must be submitted to MAPerformance for review.

        3.) You must create a support ticket to acquire your return authorization number prior to returning the product.

        4.) Warranty claims will not be honored if the product was not purchased through an approved dealer.
