Awesome!

For an absolutely killer short throw setup, pair this with solid under hood bushings and a weighted shift knob like the ones from TWM. There are how-to videos on YouTube for install but it all took me about an hour taking my time. Basic tools are needed but overall pretty simple. The shifts feel so solid and smooth now. I enjoy the shorter/faster shifts while driving and it shortens the overall height just where I like it. It does take a little getting used to but I think you'll ultimately love it after a couple days of driving. PRO TIP: really observe how that shifter base spring is oriented before disassembling.. Take lots of pictures because it can be slightly confusing reinstalling the spring as it has a tendency to twist up on you. In conclusion this is what you wanna buy without hesitation if you are looking for an awesome short throw shifter for your 5 speed evo 8/9!
