Great product quality (though I thought it was USA made). Installed on a 17 WRX with GS GESI j-pipe and OE STI 2.5" catback. Without this 12" bullet the system was raspy and higher in pitch, cold starts were very pronounced. Placed it just behind the catback, the sound changed to a mellow note ... its "gentlemanly" now at idle and at speed with no drone.
I added the STI performance mufflers from the factory on my 2022 WRX. Sounded great, but created a terrible drone inside the car. I added the vibrant performance resonater and it sounded so much better than I expected. The volume was about the same, but the resonator deepened the tone and removed 80% of the drone. Very happy with the product.
Bought this to replace the stock resonator on my 2012 Civic (1.8l) which I had a muffler delete on already. It definitely helped with the sound making it a much deeper tone without the typical exaggerated raspiness you get from 4 cylinder engines. I can also feel the improved airflow so these Vibrant resonators are really great for the price.
Have cts catless downpipe and pick up mbrp exhaust. Had to much drone and and did not sound good at all. Got the vibrant resonator. No more drone and and made the exhaust tone deeper
