The piece de resistance of my build. I've been wanting this for over a year and it did not disappoint. The installation was not that bad. The only thing that was slightly annoying was trying to feed the window washer fluid hoses through and the mount holes for the sprayers were just a hair too short. It was easily remedied by filing down 1 side of both though. I also had to adjust the latch but that was quick as well. Overall happy and it makes my Si look x2 aggressive.
To say I am pleased is an understatement they said my hood would take over a month to get to me, my car build was in a month exactly..and I corresponded with they to try and expedite it at least right before they keep in contact amd told me they couod push it sooner, i was ok with that because they kept me informed at every turn! Well they delivered early and I'm beyond happy..it's perfect!! The box looked a little ruff but I opened it and its perfect not a scratch and it was just the box it was packed beautifully I'm so pleased this build is gonna rock..this is the second major part I've bought fromt them amd theyve rocked everytime but this was important and they delivered...I will ABSOLUTELY BE BUYING MORE parts from MAPerformance I do an add on build every year adding more parts!! Took about a month and a half to arrive because they were out of stock at the time of me ordering but honestly not even mad because it’s completely worth the wait! I’ve had it for a few days and have already got so many good looks and compliments from people. I already got compliments on my car before but now it’s all the time, not many people in my are have carbon fiber so it’s definitely a flex. If you’re in the market for an aftermarket hood then SEIBON is your go too! Beautiful designs and very well made high quality carbon!
Over all really like it worth the wait. Only bad thing I can say is wish windshield wiper clips and spray Nozzle were right size
