This Flowmaster Outlaw axle-back exhaust system is specifically designed for 2015-2021 Ford Mustang coupes or convertibles with 2.3L Ecoboost or 3.7L engines. These systems feature race proven Outlaw® mufflers for a very aggressive exterior sound level with a moderate interior sound level.
Features include 2.25-inch connections for an easy fit to the stock mid pipe then the inlets quickly expand to full 3.00-inch mandrel-bent inlet tubing leading into a pair of the race proven Outlaw mufflers for maximum performance and sound. The system is supported from the factory hanger locations for an easy and hassle free installation that can be done at home and is finished off with large 4.00-inch highly polished stainless steel tips for that performance look and sound that you've come to expect from Flowmaster.

Sounds awesome 😎 … perfect fit !!
Fit perfectly onto stock exhaust. Just make sure you cut your exhaust straight! Also found a dent on the passenger side axle back pipe. Looked like it was dropped either in shipment or the warehouse. It was no problem, nothing a hammer can’t fix!
Very happy with the sound of this exhaust! Has a bit of a drone at first but I don’t even notice it anymore.
2019 Ecoboost Mustang. I had my eyes on the Flowmaster Outlaw axle-back since I bought my Mustang. I was considering other value priced cat-backs but with the sale price on it before Christmas and decided to go for it. Instructions were clear and cutting the factory exhaust with a sawzall was simple. The passenger side installed easily and lined up perfect. For some reason the drivers side took a lot more effort sliding on the exhaust and then it was about two inches off of the cutout in the rear of the car. I was able to pull everything into place and the mounts lined everything up. I installed it by myself in just about an hour with the car on jack stands. I was surprised how loud the exhaust was. I had originally planned on adding the scavenger Y-pipe in the future but am not sure that I would want it any louder than it is. It adds a good amount of volume in the cabin, especially under throttle. There does seem to be some slight drone when in normal driving mode when it hits 10th gear but less in sport mode when cruising in 8th. I am not complaining about hearing a little exhaust at cruising speeds as it sounds much better than factory. Overall very happy with the sound and look. The quality if the product is great.
