Underdrive Crank Pulley Kit by Torque Solution

Torque Solution Underdrive Crank Pulley has been designed to improve performance by being lighter and smaller than the OEM crank pulley. This results in less engine load which in turn produces faster revs and increased throttle response. Made from high quality CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum to be lightweight without sacrificing strength. The black anodized finish seals the aluminum and preserves the appearance. To complete the install we provide a new crank pulley bolt, as well as the proper serpentine belt.

Porsche Boxster 986 Under-drive Crankshaft Pulley

This pulley is a nicely made product.
The only issue is that the following should be noted: In order to install this 4" crankshaft, there is a cast boss underneath the stock OEM 6" crankshaft pulley that must be significantly shaved down. This is required so the aftermarket 4" (under-drive) crankshaft pulley will mount properly.
The boss casting has to be significantly shortened so the pulley and serpentine belt can mount/clear without rubbing either the pulley or belt.
This is an excellent product - however you should be aware that some effort/modification is required to utilize this product.
