The aluminum bar possesses high rigidity due to the two different designs available. The Type 1 is pressed ribbed while the Type 2 is sectioned. Cusco has already chosen the ideal design for each application. The end plates are painted the traditional Cusco blue and come with all the required hardware for installation. It bolts on in minutes using normal hand tools.

MAPerformance is always the best price and fastest shipping I’ve found. Any Cusco product I’ve ever gotten has been great and this is no exception, great quality and finish. Fits perfect (I used this on a USDM sedan) no trimming required. It’s a lot easier to install if you remove the end plates, then torque the bar back in after the plates are on. Performance gains are debatable with these bars but it feels very slightly less hesitant on turn in to me. Either way it looks great, is easy to install, and takes up almost none of the trunk space. 5/5
