This kit will replace your weak and leaky OEM bypass valve in favor of something much more up to the job. The Boomba Racing Boost Operated Bypass Valve comes with everything you need [including a manifold boost tap] to install on your vehicle for a true plug and play installation. It features 100% recirculation operation and billet aluminum construction with a brass piston to ensure leak-free operation for years to come.

The valve and hardware are top quality fit & finish. Installation was straight forward and went smoothly on Mishimoto charge pipe. The control concept of this valve is a good approach using the factory ECU harness connection in conjunction with boost & vacuum. The valve operation seems flawless which is confirmed by Cobb OBD monitor with no error codes. It opens off throttle and holds tight under hard acceleration. It's noticeably better sustained power. It allows turbo to actually reach max peak boost (23 w/Cobb stg2) and it gets there quicker. This bypass/recirculation version doesn't add any more sound/noise. This mod really should be on your list if tuning for optimal performance. The factory valve is plastic, leaks, and bleeds power.
